Fruita, Colorado

Fruita Colorado sits at the west end of the Grand Valley between the Colorado River, Uncompahgre Plateau and the Book Cliffs. First settled by farmers and then founded in 1884 by William Pabor which noticed the potential of fruit growing in the area.

Today Fruita enjoys vast agriculture and encompasses numerous outdoor recreational activities. Close to 14,000 people call Fruita home and many descendants still reside in the area.

Fruita is easy to navigate to. From Interstate 70 at exit 19 travel just north to the city center. Many amenities can be found on the south side of the interstate.
